Transfer of Processed Personal Data to Whom and for What Purpose
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes mentioned above, to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private individuals, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected by the Company to provide you with internet access based on the Company’s legal obligations, relying on the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law
As a personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request that the correction is communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing have ceased, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and to request that this action is communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result arising against you, provided it is analyzed exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your applications will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of your request; however, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
